1/48 Injection Plastic Kit
Fine Molds continues with the great releases with a 1/48-scale version of the Curtiss from Hayao Miyazaki's Studio Ghibli movie about a flying pig -- Porco Rosso, a.k.a. "The Crimson Pig."
Kit is based on the Curtiss R3C, which of course really existed, but is modified to include machine guns. As usual, it's a superb tooling from the gents over at Fine Molds. What's more, they've included a transport dolly and two figures of Donald Curtiss: one seated in the cockpit and the other standing (the standing figure is much larger than 1/48 scale.... maybe about 1/35 or so).
